Synopsis

In his first documentary, IMAMURA Shohei follows one case of a growing phenomenon of working Japanese men who are sent to other cities while their families are left behind disappear completely. It concerns HAYAKAWA Yoshie, whose fiancé vanishes from sight, leaving behind shadowy evidence of his past, casting darkness over HAYAKAWA's relationship with her sister, her fiancé's family, and even the investigator.
