Danielle Kaganov is a France-based artist and filmmaker working with film, installation and performance. A graduate of Le Fresnoy (2025) and a former HISK resident (2023), her films have screened at IDFA, Doclisboa and other international venues. She develops long-term projects examining media, popular culture and history from critical or marginal perspectives within institutional systems.

Synopsis
Developed for battlefield surgery in the 1980s, the remotely controlled Da Vinci robot now operates in hospitals. When a training unit becomes self-aware, surgical images blur with war memories as digital and physical realities merge into a disorientating post-human vision.
