The Willow River

In 1934, an anonymous naked female body was washed down to the Willow River Bridge in downtown Taichung. People gathered on the bridge but no one dared to come closer. An eight-year-old fruit vendor girl felt pity for the dead and then took off her only shirt to cover the body. A boy witnessed the course of event that day and just couldn't forget about the little girl. Years later, the boy is an old man now and try to find the vendor girl along the Willow River. So the fable between Taichung and the female begins.
