In 1990’s, as a result of globalization, China and Vietnam took the place of Taiwanand become the new stronghold of processing zone. Many factories refused to pay pensions and severance through fraudulent bankruptcy. In the film, the workingwomen of Renfrew garment factory went back to the desert factory where they have worked over 20 years. Their body is held up in the unlimited loop of time.
