Finding Refugee in Ishinomaki

Synopsis

In Ishinomaki, in the wake of the March-11 disaster, there were 50,578 survivors who took shelter in public refuges. Minato Public Elementary School was one of them. A month after the disaster Keizo went there and lived with the survivors for 6 months as they struggled to move forward. He captured the tribulation at the refuge, and how it unexpectedly enpowered the survivors, bringing together whose lives had never crossed prior to the disaster, and became one big family at the Ishinomaki Minato School.
