The Shifting City

This film documents the lives of the people in a small neighborhood, and the film was shot for almost two hours without interruption. The neighbors invited the crew to their houses and garages to see them at work and told stories and explain things that let the outsiders understand both how the neighborhood originated as well as where its future will go.
