A homosexual policeman died of cancer after finding his true love at a spa.  Another gay couple also suffered the death of one of the partners.  Scars on Memory interweaves these two gay love stories while paralleling their tragedies with mellow story telling by two older gay men, Madame Yu and Auntie Jiang.

On the surface, Vision of Darkness is about the life and work of the visually impaired. However, beneath the surface, it explores the differences and conflicts between those who can see and those who cannot see. All the adversities of existence, conflicts in living, reflections on life… would be integrated in the humor and laughter of the blind.

Taiwan has the highest density of motorbikes in the world. 747 is an 8-year-old scooter. The film starts with the distinctive motorbike experience from the viewpoint of 747. Tracing a journey from 1996 to 2004, the film is a private chronicle that strikes a chord in every Taiwanese who has ever owned a motorbike.

Conceived as collaboration among the residents of Lo-Sheng, a filmmaker, film students and cultural workers, Joyful Life seeks to present the perspectives of the Lo-Sheng residents in the midst of their activism not be moved to the hospital. The collaborators’ mission is to metaphorically rescue Lo-Sheng from further marginalization and historical amnesia.
