The Committee

The Committee takes a close look at the prisoner’s from the daily life inside the PENAL GARCIA MORENO, the main penitentiary in Quito, Ecuador. The plot is primarily based on a riot, which took place on a visit day and during which three hundred and seventy people where held hostage. The story is told from the different perspectives of those who were involved in the riot.
