Synopsis
On March 19, 2004, Chen Shui-bian, the incumbent president and presidential candidate of Democratic Progressive Party, was attacked by an assassin. The next day, Chen Shui-bian won the victory by extremely slightly disparity. KMT recognized election unfair and filed a lawsuit for the unfair election. Three months later, the lawsuit persists…
