Taipei 4-way brings together four visual artists from different disciplines- animation, installation and performing art, documentary, and experimental film. They explore the aesthetic content and form of digital visual art. Belgian contemporary artist Francis Alys has lived in Mexico City for the past fifteen years. Painter, photographer, video artist, urban interventionist, Alys has turned wandering into an art form. The film proposes to discover the artist’s work through the city and see how the relationship between Alys and Mexico raises the question of traveling and opening up to the others and oneself.
