Synopsis
July of 1997, the sovereignty of Hong Kong was transferred onto Chinese government. In this year, the local independent rock band “Black Bird”launched a series of concerts all titled“Before the Storm ”, to express their worry about the future of Hong Kong. This film is an account of the first concert that was held at the end of March.
