The Rage of Legless Horses

In the state psychiatric hospital El Peral, located in the beltway of Santiago de Chile, a group of psychiatric patients create an internal radio station named "La Estaci?n del Para?so" (The Paradise's station") to speak up their voices which until then have been usually silenced, here their opinions on important and serious issues such as current internal affaires, the condition they live in and most importantly their lives. Ultimately seeking to be integrated into society. The film shows the first two years of this radio project, during which you will get a glimpse into many lives that want to be accepted without prejudices. With empathy, the camera becomes one more of the group sharing the experiences during those two years of recording. The same two years no one cared for.
