Born in Peru in 1982. She had to move with her family to Paraguay escaping the armed conflicts in 1989. She became a director, a producer and founded Tekoha Audiovisual there, where she made different audiovisual pieces for television, documentary films and NGOs videos.

Synopsis
Celsa covers her skin with roots and leaves from her jungle-like garden. She wants to heal. She still feels prison and torture endured 45 years ago in a concentration camp in Paraguay. However, the past echoes; the country is ruled by the son of the former dictator's right-hand man.
'For me, Guapo'y is the confirmation that stories find us. They are voices and tracks that rise up thanks to their protagonists' drive. With her kindness and simplicity, Celsa teaches me the importance of fighting together, and that healing cannot be carried out without encountering oneself first, one's images and memories.
