My Friend Su

The protagonist Su is a total recluse whom the director met while at college. Though they subsequently lost contact, Su remained in the director’s mind. The fates conspired to initiate another meeting years later. At first their conversation dwells on the remembrances of their days together at college, but quickly switches to Su's present life. Free of the constraints and peer pressures of their college days, Su feels able to expose his emotional conflict though he is ostensibly male, his inner feelings are one hundred percent female.
