台南限定專題｜拉明烏

拉明烏為緬甸製片、導演，畢業於賓州蓋茨堡學院，後於2013年與友人共創「Tagu Films」緬甸獨立電影製作公司，致力於透過電影呈現緬甸社會的現況。「Tagu Films」近年在緬甸不同民族區域舉辦電影工作坊，開發不同創作者的劇情片與紀錄片。本次來台除將出席《十年緬甸》與《陌生成家》映後座談，更獨家放映其過往短片輯。包括關注緬甸軍政府強制收歸農地引發農民持續抗爭的《平和大地》（A Peaceful Land，2015）；進入仰光魚市場拍攝魚販人物故事的《特別的人》（The Special One，2015）；以及拉明烏長期關注的家庭議題，亦為其最早的短片《家庭作業》（Homework，2014），與觀眾分享創作理念，以及如何用影像呼應緬甸現況。

Exclusive Programme in Tainan｜Lamin Oo

A Myanmar filmmaker based in Yangon. In 2013, Lamin and his childhood friends started Tagu Films - a film production company focusing on producing documentaries and short films. Over the decade, Lamin has collaborated with local and international filmmakers on an array of stories about Myanmar and its people. His main interest is in telling deeply personal and human stories with a pinch of humour.
